Exchange and Return Policy
For your safety and to ensure the quality of our products, exchange or return requests can be made under the following conditions:
• Exchange or return requests can be submitted within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
• Products showing any signs of use, washing, perfume, odors, or any damage caused by misuse are not eligible for exchange or return.
• In case of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos of the product.
• The product value will be refunded after receiving, inspecting, and confirming that it meets the return conditions.
• Original shipping fees and exchange/return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of store error or manufacturing defect.
• Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
